The number of prominent Russians who have died during the Trump-Russia scandal is alarming. The reasons they were killed are yet to be proven (and probably never will be), but it’s highly suspicious to say the least that Russians keep dropping dead, as reported from various sources.
More confirmation of this insanity surrounding the Trump-Russia probe came with the release of the 300+ pages of transcripts from Fusion GPS – the company behind the infamous dossier – testimony, which mentions a moment that Glenn Simpson didn’t want to answer a question about.
The response to the avoided question was “It’s a voluntary interview, and in addition to that he wants to be very careful to protect his sources. Somebody’s already been killed as a result of the publication of this dossier and no harm should come to anybody related to this honest work.”
Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) posted the entire transcript of Simpson’s testimony on after a feud erupted between Fusion GPS and Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa).
Here is the direct quote from the transcript:
While we don’t know who specifically this is talking about, we have some ideas about who it may be. There have been more than a dozen Russians who have died with connections to the scandal, but two are more suspicious than the others.
Right after the dossier became public, Putin and the Russian government put a bag over the head of FSB intel official Sergei Mikhailov. The Daily Beat reported, “In early December, FSB Colonel Sergei Mikhailov, who was responsible for cyberwars and cyberattacks… was arrested by the FSB; yes, with a bag over his head.”
Former KGB chief Oleg Eronvinkin then turned up dead as well. He was found sitting in his car.
So why do we suspect one or both of these men are who the transcript is referring to? Because both men helped assemble the dossier, according to reports.
In a conspiracy like this, you do not have to be directly involved in the murder or even be aware of it to be found criminally culpable. This is huge and just one more piece of information that doesn’t look good for Trump and anyone involved.
