Michael Avenatti Hints at a Pregnancy and $1.6mil Payoff for Silence

As if the multiple stories about Trump’s various adulterous relationships with adult film stars weren’t enough, Stormy Daniels’ lawyer revealed another one, and this one allegedly, according to Avenatti may have ended with Trump impregnating her and forcing her to have an abortion.

Michael Avenatti made a stunning insinuation during MSNBC’s Morning Joe that a $1.6 million hush money settlement – which was originally thought to have been made on behalf of former RNC deputy finance chairman Elliott Broidy – may not have actually done so for Broidy.

Avenatti said, “So, Mika, you are familiar with the fact that a week ago, Judge Wood ordered Michael Cohen’s attorneys to disclose all of his clients for the last three years,” Avenatti said, “and there were three clients listed — three clients listed. Do you recall which three?”

Mika Brzezinski said Trump, Sean Hannity, and former RNC finance chair Elliott Broidy, when Avenatti stopped her saying:

“No, no, no. Michael Cohen’s attorneys disclosed three clients in open court. Mr. Trump, the Trump organization and Sean Hannity. Mr. Broidy was not disclosed in open court as one of Michael Cohen’s clients.”

“I think at some point we are going to find out,” he continued “if in fact, the client in connection with the $1.5 million settlement was, in fact, Mr. Broidy. I’m going to leave it at that.” (NOTE: For clarity, the settlement was actually $1.6 million, but the point remains)

Put another way, Avenatti is implying that because Broidy was not mentioned by name as one of Michael Cohen’s clients to the judge by Cohen’s attorneys in open court hearings, the $1.6 million payment for the silence about an affair with the Playboy model and the abortion that followed had to refer to either Donald Trump or Sean Hannity.

“I acknowledge I had a consensual relationship with a Playboy Playmate,” Mr. Broidy said in a statement. “At the end of our relationship, this woman shared with me that she was pregnant. She alone decided that she did not want to continue with the pregnancy and I offered to help her financially during this difficult period.”

Based on the statement given and the fact that Broidy wasn’t disclosed to the judge as one of Cohen’s clients, and the fact that she simply “shared with [Broidy] that she was pregnant,” the wording of his statement doesn’t specifically confirm that the terminated pregnancy was of his doing.

So, Avenatti is implying that Broidy was not the man who had the affair, resulting in the abortion. Sean Hannity, Donald Trump, and the Trump Organization were the clients disclosed to Judge Wood.
