More violent rhetoric from the Trump campaign discovered? We’re as shocked as you are, but it’s true.
Following a week that saw Trump insinuate his followers “take care” of Hillary Clinton and Trump advisor Al Baldasaro suggesting Clinton should be shot for treason, a damming video of Trump possibly suggesting someone shot President Obama has recently been uncovered.
The video shows Trump speaking to the crowd saying “OK, that sounds scary. I’m not surprised, that’s Obama” after a loud noise that sounded like a gunshot was heard nearby, seemingly suggesting Obama was just shot.
It’s unclear what Trump actually meant, and he didn’t elaborate, but regardless of if he was suggesting someone shot or should shoot Obama, or that Obama was trying to have Trump shot, he has a history of making “humorous” or flippant comments about gun violence, assassinations, etc., which is certainly not presidential.
