You can’t make this stuff up anymore. Not that you would want to.
As election day gets closer and closer, Donald Trump continues to urge his supporters to avoid the “my vote doesn’t matter” mentality and get out to vote, going as far as to urge terminally ill supporters to try and live long enough to cast their vote for him.
Earlier this week, Trump said this to a rally crowd in Nevada:
“I don’t care how sick you are. I don’t care if you just came back from the doctor and he gave you the worst possible prognosis, meaning it’s over. You won’t be around in two weeks. Doesn’t matter. Hang out ’til November 8. Get out and vote. And then … we will love you and remember you always.”
It’s hard to be shocked by anything Donald Trump says anymore, but this comes pretty close to getting the job done.
